Negatory Good Buddy Technique Hop

Welcome to our Technique Blog Hop! This month, we're using negative shape space as shown on page 92 in the Fall/Winter Idea Book. They show little items, and I went for an entire 12x12 page.

Sometimes, being negative can have some positive results.

I turned 49 my last birthday and committed to making an album commemorating particular days, weeks, or even months over this coming year as I head towards the big 5-0. (Book 'em, Danno).

Here's my offering for this month's Hop: I may have had a difficult time not filling up that "negative" space on my layout!

Colors: Black, Sky, and my new Fave color Whisper. Yes, I've already bogarted my way through an entire 24 pack of Whisper in less than 1 month. The red ink is Ruby- another new color.

So, I cut out some circles on my 12x12 Sky, using my arrow keys to line them up and get them fairly equidistant. Then, I cut 1/4" smaller circles on black CS, and mounted under the Sky piece. Easy-Peasy.
